- Supporting the Ticketing Reporting Analyst with creating and implementing the FIFA Ticketing reporting requirements for FWC22, including collecting and monitoring all ticketing data queries from within FIFA Ticketing.
- Helping to developing ticketing reporting channels (i.e. system reporting interface, Power BI) ensuring all information is clear and accurate.
- Identifying trends and patterns within the ticketing data, in alignment with quality assurance principles.
- Ensuring the consistency of all ticketing information reported throughout the cycle of the project across all audiences.
- Act as a point of contact for ticketing regarding any matter in relation to ticketing data reporting and working closely with all Ticketing areas regarding the upkeep of accurate data ticketing data.
- Support in the validation of ticketing data within the FIFA Ticketing system. Including developing best practices for performance and operational efficiency, such as SQL coding.
- Any other duties as requested.
